Andrea Dolnik Wagner

Andrea Dolnik Wagner serves as the Director of Customer Experience at MGIC since September 2022. Prior to this role, Andrea held multiple positions at FIS from June 2008 to August 2022, culminating in the role of Director for Client & Colleague Technology Platforms. During tenure at FIS, Andrea's responsibilities included driving strategic initiatives and process improvements within the Security Testing and Application Security organizations, as well as managing programs aimed at enhancing security vulnerability identification and remediation. Earlier positions included Senior IT Security Manager, IT Security Manager, and Risk Analyst II, where focus was placed on risk management initiatives and compliance with industry standards. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earned between 2004 and 2008.
