Rafael Schindler

Rafael Schindler is an experienced professional in the digital advertising industry, currently serving as Sr Publisher Acquisition Manager at MGID from February 2018 to January 2025. Rafael has also held roles at Premium Ads, including Head of Publishers, Head of Ad Operations, and Head of Business Operations from January 2022 to February 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing business operations and leading strategic sectors such as AdOps, Customer Success, and Inside Sales. Prior to this, Rafael worked as an English Teacher and commercial assistant at Instituto Mix from February 2017 to January 2018. Rafael earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Centro Universitário - FEITEP, completing the program with a grade of 9.43 out of 10, from January 2018 to December 2022.
