Aurora Leong has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Learning & Talent Development at MGM MACAU since April 2014. Prior roles include Senior Learning & Talent Development Manager and Learning & Talent Development Manager at the same organization, as well as HR & Training Consultant at Changemakers Consulting Ltd. In earlier positions, Aurora worked as Assistant Manager - Training & Development at Galaxy Macau, Staffing Specialist at MGM MACAU, Recruitment Officer at The Venetian, and Human Resources Officer at Macau Tower Convention & Entertainment Center. Aurora Leong holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Human Resource Management from UNSW and a Master in Human Resource Management & Development from the University of Leicester.
