Benjamin Hong

Benjamin Hong currently serves as the Executive Director of Learning & Talent Development at MGM MACAU, a position held since January 2015, with prior roles including Director of Learning & Talent Development and Director of Talent Acquisition. Before joining MGM MACAU, Benjamin held the position of Director of Human Resources at The St. Regis Shenzhen from April 2012 to December 2014, overseeing the overall Human Resources operations. Additionally, Benjamin was the Director of Human Resources at Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel from November 2007 to April 2012, managing the implementation and administration of HR policies. Benjamin also served as the Area Director of Talent Development & Culture for Starwood South China. Academic credentials include a BMOS degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from Western University.
