Gary Chung

Gary Chung is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, particularly within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Supply Chain Services at MGM MACAU since May 2007, Gary oversees a diverse range of procurement and logistics activities, including OS&E, FF&E, and F&B operations, as well as inventory and cost-control measures. Previous roles include Director of Supply Chain Services at MGM MACAU, where Gary managed pre-opening procurement activities, and Director of Strategic Sourcing at MGM Resorts International, responsible for Total Cost of Ownership initiatives. Gary's career also spans various managerial positions in purchasing and procurement at several MGM properties, with advanced educational qualifications including an MBA and MA in Human Resource Management from Hawaii Pacific University.
