Julien Moreno

Julien Moreno is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management. Currently serving as Executive Director at MGM Macau since June 2024, Julien holds a significant leadership role within the organization. Prior to this, Julien was F&B Group General Manager at Paul Pairet restaurants - VOL Group from January 2018 to September 2024. Julien's career includes notable positions such as General Manager and Director of Operations at Mr & Mrs Bund modern eatery by Paul Pairet, as well as Maître d'hôtel at Auberge du vieux Puits, a renowned establishment in the South of France with three Michelin stars. Additional roles have spanned various prestigious restaurants, demonstrating a diverse background in hospitality management. Julien holds a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and a B.T.S. in Hotel Management and Marketing from renowned institutions.
