Luis Lou Carlos

Luis Lou Carlos has extensive experience in human resources and operations within the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant Relocation Manager at MGM MACAU since August 2021. Prior to this role, Luis held multiple positions at Four Seasons Hotel Macau, Cotai Strip, ranging from Human Resources Coordinator to Human Resources Supervisor, finally elevated to People and Culture Assistant Manager before transitioning to MGM MACAU. Luis earned a Bachelor's degree in English and Chinese Translation from Macao Polytechnic Institute between 2010 and 2014.
