Siva P has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on operations and administration. Siva is currently the Chief Operating Officer at MGM Healthcare since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Utkal Hospital from 2021 to 2022. From 2018 to 2021, Siva worked as the Chief Operations Officer - Hubli cluster at Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited. Siva was the Deputy General Manager - Operations at SRM Institutes for Medical Science from 2012 to 2018, and the Head - Administration at Fortis East Coast Hospital from 2011 to 2012. Before that, Siva held the role of Assistant Manager - Administration at Fortis Malar Hospital, Chennai from 2008 to 2011, and was an Executive Operations at Apollo Hospitals, Ahmedabad from 2006 to 2008.

Siva P began their education in 1980 at Sacred Heart Convent Higher Secondary School, where they completed their schooling. Following this, from 1997 to 2002, they attended Pioneer College of Physiotherapy, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy. In 2003, Siva pursued a Masters in Health Service Management at Apollo Institute of Hospital Management & Allied Sciences, which they completed in 2005. Lastly, they furthered their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources at Bharathiar University from 2008 to 2010.
