Lissa Ross

Lissa Ross has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on employee relations. Lissa'smost recent role was as the VP of Human Resources at MGM National Harbor, where they started in June 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Gold Strike Casino since May 2013. Lissa also held various positions at Gold Strike Casino Resort, including Assistant Director, Employee Relations Manager, and Employee Relations Counselor from 2005 to 2013. Lissa's career in human resources began at Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, where they worked as a Senior Employee Relations Counselor from January 2004 to August 2005.

Lissa Ross earned their Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from The University of Southern Mississippi, which they attended from 1993 to 1996.
