Alondra Meza is currently serving as an ADA & Candidate Experience Specialist at MGM Resorts International since March 2024, where responsibilities include administering reasonable accommodations in line with the Americans with Disabilities Act and handling multiple complex case summaries. Previously, Alondra worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Representative, focusing on screening and preparing candidates for hiring events. Alondra's career began at Starbucks as a Barista, emphasizing customer service and loyalty, and included a role at Amazon as an Inbound Problem Solver, recognized for outstanding performance. Alondra is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management at UNLV's William F. Harrah College of Hospitality.
