D J Rao is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and HR data analytics. Currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards, HR Systems, and HR Data Analytics at MGM Resorts International, D J Rao has previously held significant roles including Global Head of Compensation, Benefits, and Mobility at Weatherford, and Human Resources Director for the Africa Region at Baker Hughes.
