James Czarnecki

James Czarnecki, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain and procurement management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Chief Procurement Officer at MGM Resorts International since January 2016. Czarnecki has held various leadership roles within MGM Resorts, including Vice President of Procurement Operations and Executive Director of Purchasing Operations. Prior to this, Czarnecki was involved with Amazon Business as a Customer Advisory Board Member and gained valuable experience at Rockwell Automation as Manager of Supply Management Shared Services. Czarnecki's earlier career includes roles at Midwest Airlines as a First Officer and at Trans States Airlines as Captain and Check Airman. Czarnecki holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Aviation/Airway Management from the Community College of Beaver County.
