Jane Rosenblum

Jane Rosenblum has extensive experience in guest experience management within the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Executive Director of Guest Experience at MGM Resorts International since June 2012. Jane's career trajectory includes roles such as Director of Guest Experience at both the corporate level and at Excalibur Hotel & Casino, as well as serving as Guest Relations Manager at New York-New York Hotel & Casino and Guest Experience Analyst at the corporate level. Prior experience includes positions at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. as Concierge at Caesars Palace and Recreation Services Host at Rio All Suite Hotel & Casino, along with earlier work as a Front Desk Agent and Housekeeping Rooms Inspector at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Jane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
