Kristen Royal

Kristen Royal serves as the Senior Manager of Sustainability at Sabra Dipping Company since May 2020, where responsibilities include developing and leading the implementation of the company's sustainability and corporate social responsibility strategy. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Sustainability Programs at Tayst Coffee from October 2018 to April 2020, where Kristen developed and managed sustainability research and projects, and worked to promote zero waste initiatives. Kristen's background also includes a role as a Non-Governmental Organization Representative with the United Nations, where participation included awareness-raising for Sustainable Development Goals. Additional experience encompasses internships and assistantships focused on sustainable agriculture and environmental advocacy, complemented by educational credentials including a Master of Science in Environmental Sustainability from Long Island University and ongoing studies at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
