Lisa began an ongoing baking career at Lily's Bake Shop in January 2010 and has been engaged as a Baking Assistant at The Coffee Class. Educational credentials include a Higher National Diploma in International Food and Hospitality Management from Bournemouth University and an Advanced GNVQ in Business Studies from Braintree College.
