Navid Heyrani

Navid Heyrani is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Vice President and Legal Counsel at MGM Resorts International since July 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure as an Attorney at JONES DAY® from October 2014 to July 2021, where Navid represented public and private companies in cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, and drafted and negotiated various transaction agreements. Navid holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, obtained in 2014, and a Bachelor's Degree in History from UCLA, completed in 2010.
