Tara McIntosh

Tara McIntosh, MBA, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Regional Director of Labor Operations & Strategy at MGM Resorts International since August 2020, following a significant tenure at MGM Grand Detroit in various senior human resources roles since 2009. Previous experience includes a decade at Ford Motor Company as a Human Resources Manager, where Tara managed HR staff, administered hourly employee matters, and assisted with plant decommissioning, as well as a position at Kmart Corporation as a Training and Development Assistant focused on enhancing store performance. Early career roles included Employee Relations Representative at SmithKline Beecham and Marketing Assistant at Delta Air Lines. Tara holds an MBA in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University and two Bachelor's degrees in Merchandising Management and Consumer Merchandising/Retailing Management from Michigan State University.
