Jonathan Davidson

Gary Fritz is President of MGM Resorts International Interactive and is accountable for evaluating and leading all strategic digital gaming initiatives globally to capitalize on the intersection of the digital and gaming spheres, including broadcast and all digital channels. 

Since joining MGM, Mr. Fritz was instrumental in the sourcing, due diligence, and negotiating of the LeoVegas acquisition. He will also serve as Chair of this entity, continue to serve on the board of BetMGM. He will become the key liaison for all activities digital gaming related. Mr. Fritz is expected to take on similar roles with any related entities/joint ventures.

Mr. Fritz has a long history of leading multi-national companies on global strategy and expansion plans including Rakuten, TripAdvisor, Expedia, and McKinsey & Company. From 2016-2020, Mr. Fritz served as the President, APAC and Chief Growth Officer for TripAdvisor, leading all APAC operations, LRP, M&A and long-run strategy for the company. Most recently, Mr. Fritz was the President – Head of Gaming for IAC.

Mr. Fritz holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Jonathan Halkyard was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in January of 2021. 

Previosuly Halkyard had been 13 years at Caesars, where he was named CFO in 2006. Halkyard then joined Extended Stay America as COO in 2013 and he was later appointed CEO in 2017. 

Halkyard is a Director of Dave & Buster’s Entertainment, Director of Shift4 Payments, Inc and is a Trustee of the International Center for Responsible Gaming. He holds his M.B.A. from [Harvard University](/org/harvard) and his B.A. from [Colgate University](/org/colgate-university).

Jonathan Halkyard

Jyoti Chopra is Senior Vice President and Chief People, Inclusion and Sustainability Officer for [MGM Resorts International](/org/mgm-resorts-international), based in Las Vegas. She is responsible for leading Human Resources and Social Impact and Sustainability. She oversees environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting and is responsible for directing enterprise-wide human and social capital initiatives and serves as liaison to the Board of Directors’ corporate social responsibility committee. She oversees the MGM Resorts Foundation and community relations.

Ms. Chopra is an award winning talent, diversity, inclusion and sustainability leader. Prior to her role at MGM Resorts, she was Senior Vice President of Global Diversity & Inclusion and HR Operations and Transformation at Pearson Plc., an education technology and UK FTSE 100 company, where she was a member of the senior and human resources leadership teams.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Chopra served as Chief Diversity Officer and Managing Director of Global Citizenship and Sustainability for [BNY Mellon](/org/bny-mellon) as well as the global leader for communications and public relations at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited and as a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch & Co.

Ms. Chopra began her career covering human development and issues affecting women and children at the [United Nations](/org/united-nations). She was born and raised in London, England. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Journalism from New York University. She completed the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She holds an MBA with distinction from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Ms. Chopra is presently a member of the Diversity Advisory Board for Toyota Motor North America and serves on the Global Talent and Diversity Council for the [Asia Society](/org/asia-society).

Jyoti Chopra

As Chief Commercial Officer at MGM Resorts, Steve Zanella oversees Public Relations, Marketing, Direct Marketing, Group Sales, Social Media, Loyalty and Commercial Strategy. Steve is an accomplished industry veteran who has held several leadership positions at MGM Resorts.

Prior to taking this role, Mr. Zanella served as President & COO of CityCenter, which includes Aria Resort & Casino and Vdara Hotel & Spa, where he oversaw daily operations and provided strategic direction for the ultra-luxury resorts.

Mr. Zanella previously held the position of President & Chief Operating Officer of MGM Grand Detroit where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of the most dynamic resorts in the region. In addition to overseeing all resort operations and guiding the property’s strategic direction, he cultivated MGM Grand Detroit’s guest service culture and fostered open communication and teamwork within the property and across the company.

A veteran of the hospitality industry with more than 29 years of experience, he joined MGM Resorts in 1991 as a participant in the Management Associate Program, which is a hands-on training curriculum for college graduates. In his tenure with the company, Mr. Zanella has also served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for MGM Grand Las Vegas, Vice President of Slots at Beau Rivage, Director of Slot Marketing and Player Development also at Beau Rivage and Domestic Marketing Administrator for Table Games Marketing at The Mirage.

Mr. Zanella received his bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In 2014 he earned a Master in Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

In his new role, Mochal manages the MGM Resorts’ overall public affairs strategy and oversee the company’s corporate communications and government affairs programs.

He also deals with internal communications, social impact and sustainability messaging strategies for issues affecting MGM Resorts on a global scale.

Mochal has a bachelor’s degree in English from the [University of Northern Iowa](/org/university-of-northern-iowa) and an MBA from the [University of Notre Dame](/org/university-of-notre-dame).

He also years of experience in corporate communications, previously working as senior vice president for marketing and communications at [LPL Financial](/org/lpl-financial), where he led public and media relations, employee and advisor communication, corporate social responsibility, research marketing, new store sales marketing, and crisis and issues management.

George Kliavkoff is the President of Entertainment and Sports at [MGM Resorts International](/org/mgm-resorts-international). George has been in this role since 2018, and prior to that they were the President of Jaunt, a virtual reality company. Kliavkoff has also held leadership positions at NBC Universal and Yahoo.

George Kliavkoff graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law with a Doctor of Law degree. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Boston University College of Communication.

Laura Lee is the Chief Human Resources Officer at [MGM Resorts International](/org/mgm-resorts-international). Laura has been with the company since July 2014, and in their current role they oversee all human resources functions for the company. Prior to their current role, Laura was the SVP Regional Human Resources for [MGM Resorts International](/org/mgm-resorts-international), and before that they were the Vice President Human Resources for Bellagio. Laura has over 25 years of experience in human resources, and has also served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Mandalay Bay Casino & Hotel and Circus Circus Hotel & Casino.

Barry Diller is the current Director at [MGM Resorts International](/org/mgm-resorts-international). Barry has also held positions as an Instructor at the University of Houston-Clear Lake and IT Security Engineer at [Lockheed Martin](/org/lockheed-martin). 

Diller’s experience includes developing curriculums, presenting classes, and preparing students for exams. Barry has also managed the implementation plan and schedule for the new Mission Systems Security Center (MSSC) Security Operations Center (SOC) at the NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC), as well as developing operational procedures and configuration of reports and alerts for [MSSC](/org/mssc) systems. In addition, Diller has led the [MSSC](/org/mssc) Security Operations team for one year and the IT Security Engineering team for over seven years. 

Diller’s other experience includes developing and implementing security architecture, system designs, policies, and procedures for the new Mission Control Center Systems (MCCS) at the NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC). Barry is also responsible for performing continuous monitoring of controls and annual updates of security plan documentation in order to maintain Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) certification and accreditation.

Ayesha was previously Chief Counsel for U.S. Senator Harry Reid from September 2011 to January 2017, International Trade Counsel for the U.S. Senate Finance Committee from November 2007 to September 2011, and Attorney for the [U.S. Department of Commerce](/org/u-s-department-of-commerce)'s Office of Chief Counsel for International Commerce from May 2005 to November 2007.

Corey Sanders is Chief Operating Officer for [MGM Resorts International](/org/mgm-resorts-international). He oversees the company’s Las Vegas and regional properties as well as multiple corporate departments, including Hospitality, Gaming, Design and Construction, and Strategic Initiatives.

Prior to being renamed Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Sanders served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. In this role he provided financial leadership and vision for the organization and bore responsibility for financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, investor relations, merger and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

In his tenure with MGM Resorts, Mr. Sanders has also served as Chief Operating Officer for the company’s Core Brands, Executive Vice President of Operations for MGM MIRAGE, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for MGM Grand Resorts, Executive Vice President and CFO for MGM Grand, Assistant Vice President of Corporate Finance and Tax Director for MGM Grand.

Corey Sanders

A highly respected veteran of the gaming industry, Bill Hornbuckle served as Acting CEO, President and Chief Operating Officer of [MGM Resorts International](/org/mgm-resorts-international) and is currently Executive Director and Board Chairman of MGM China Holdings with operations and resorts in Macau. In addition, he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the CityCenter JV Board of Directors (a joint venture with Dubai World) and is a member of the Las Vegas Stadium Authority Board of Directors.

He was previously Chief Marketing Officer of [MGM Resorts International](/org/mgm-resorts-international) from 2009 until 2012. From 2005 until August 2009, Mr. Hornbuckle served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. He previously had served as President and Chief Operating Officer of [MGM Resorts International](/org/mgm-resorts-international)-Europe, where he worked on the development of the Company's gaming operations in the United Kingdom. He also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of MGM Grand Las Vegas from 1998 to 2001.

Prior to MGM Grand Las Vegas, Mr. Hornbuckle served as President and Chief Operating Officer for Caesars Palace, Las Vegas. He spent the majority of his career with Mirage Resorts in various senior management positions, including President and Chief Operating Officer of the Golden Nugget Laughlin, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Treasure Island and Vice President of Hotel Operations for The Mirage, opening the hotel in 1989.

Mr. Hornbuckle is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Administration. He serves on the Board of Trustees for Three Square Food Bank. He is also a Founder of the Bank of George, a local banking institution. Previously, Mr. Hornbuckle served on the boards for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Foundation, and the Andre Agassi Foundation. From 1999 to 2003, he also served as a Board Member of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.

John M. McManus is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for [MGM Resorts International](/org/mgm-resorts-international). In this role, he is responsible for oversight of the Company’s legal affairs as well as the government affairs, corporate communications, corporate security, risk management and compliance departments. Mr. McManus works closely with members of senior management and the Company’s Board of Directors. He joined MGM in 2001 and has served as counsel in various capacities at the parent company and its operating subsidiaries during his tenure.

Before joining the Company, Mr. McManus held the position of Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for the Sahara Hotel & Casino and worked as an associate attorney with the Las Vegas law firm of Schreck, Jones, Bernhard, Woloson & Godfrey.

Ann Hoff, Chief Marketing Officer at [MGM Resorts International](/org/mgm-resorts-international), is responsible for overseeing the company’s Brand, Public Relations, Creative, Sales, Guest Experience and Direct Marketing efforts.

Ms. Hoff previously served as President and COO of Portfolio Properties at [MGM Resorts International](/org/mgm-resorts-international), where she led strategic direction and worked closely with the Presidents/COOs of The Mirage, New York-New York, Luxor, Excalibur, as well as the Retail and Hotel Centers of Excellence for the entire enterprise. In this role, she oversaw corporate initiatives and EBITDA enhancements while also implementing operating model changes across the company.

Ms. Hoff’s career with MGM Resorts began in 1990 when she joined the Management Associate Program (MAP) at The Mirage. Soon after, she was named Assistant Director of Leisure Marketing for the property, followed by Assistant Director of Sales at Treasure Island. In 1997, Ms. Hoff moved to Biloxi, MS, to become part of the opening team as Director of Marketing for the company’s 1,740-room Beau Rivage. In 2001, she returned to Las Vegas as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Treasure Island before becoming Vice President of Operations at New York-New York, overseeing the Hotel, Food & Beverage, Entertainment, Retail, Sales and Marketing divisions. Ms. Hoff served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Excalibur from 2017 to 2019, overseeing all aspects of the operation for the iconic 4,000-room resort while also executing several continuous improvement initiatives.

She is involved in numerous professional and charitable organizations, currently serving on the Board of Trustees at Southern Hills Hospital, the Executive Board of Global Gaming Women (GGW) and the Advisory Boards of the UNLV William F. Harrah College of Hospitality and Dress for Success. Within MGM Resorts, she is Executive Chair for the Emerging Leaders Network Group and the Executive Sponsor for the Management Associate Program (MAP) and the MGM 2020 Sourcing Initiative.
