Trent Hufnagel has extensive work experience in the field of security and law enforcement. Trent started their career in 1984 as a Police Captain at the Springfield, MA Police Department, where they served for 35 years until 2019. During their time there, they gained valuable experience and knowledge in law enforcement. Following their retirement from the Police Department, Trent joined MGM Springfield in 2019 as an Investigations Manager. In September 2020, they were promoted to the role of Chief of Security, where they currently serve. Trent's work experience showcases their dedication to maintaining safety and security in various roles throughout their career.

Trent Hufnagel obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice from Westfield State University. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications throughout their career, including "The Science of Compassion: An Introduction" and "The Surprising Power of Seeing People as People" from LinkedIn in October 2022. In May 2021, they obtained a certification in "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn.
