Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at MGM Transformers since September 2024, Roy's prior roles include Chief Talent Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at Sonendo®, Inc., as well as Vice President of Human Resources at Nobel Biocare. Experience also includes strategic leadership in HR at Sybron Dental Specialties, Johnson & Johnson, and Biosense Webster. Roy holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers School of Engineering and a Master of Science in Management Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
