Allison Gault, MBA, CAE, is a Non-Profit Executive with over 20 years of operational experience in managing high-performing teams and driving exceptional business outcomes. Currently serving as the Director of Member Engagement at MGMA, they execute strategies that enhance audience engagement and optimize operational plans. Previously, Allison held key roles including Executive Director at the Colorado Nursery & Greenhouse Association, where they achieved significant financial improvements and operational efficiencies. They are committed to fostering collaborative environments and enhancing processes that lead to positive results for both internal and external stakeholders. Allison is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Northern Colorado and holds an MBA from Regis University.
