Bruce Cowans

Bruce Cowans is currently serving as the Vice President at MGT since June 2019. Prior to their current role, Bruce was a Partner at Fiscal Choice Consulting, LLC from June 2013 to June 2019. With a background in financial and operational improvement advice, Bruce has also held positions such as Senior Vice President at MAXIMUS Consulting Services, Inc., Portfolio Analyst at JMB Institutional Realty Corp., Budget Analyst at the US Treasury Department, and Senior Consultant at Price Waterhouse. Bruce holds a MA in Public Policy from Duke University and a BA in Environmental Studies from Pitzer College.
