Pamela Reagle

Pam Reagle is an experienced education professional currently serving as an Education Solutions Account Manager at MGT since January 2024, focusing on partnering with educators to enhance community impact. Prior to this role, Pam held the position of Director at Step By Step Learning® from June 2011 to January 2024, where responsibilities included facilitating a comprehensive literacy needs assessment for the Colorado Department of Education. Additional experience includes serving as an Educational Consultant at Step By Step Learning from June 2007 to June 2011 and as a Professional Development Manager at CompassLearning from 1999 to 2006, where Pam developed training resources and facilitated assessments. Early career roles include Assistant Manager at Kasper, ASL and an Instructor at Slippery Rock University. Pam holds a Ph.D. in Language, Literacy, and Culture from the University of Pittsburgh, alongside a Master’s Degree in Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Slippery Rock University.
