Trent Kaufman

Dr. Trent E. Kaufman is a seasoned professional in education and transformation, currently serving as Chief Transformation Officer and Executive Vice President at MGT since July 2022. As a founder and co-leader of Education Direction since June 2007, Dr. Kaufman has dedicated efforts to improving student outcomes nationwide through collaborative models involving various stakeholders. Additional roles include board memberships with organizations such as the Utah School Readiness Board and Success in Education. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Cicero Group, Harvard University, and the Buck Institute for Education. Dr. Kaufman holds a Doctorate in Performance Management and multiple advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including Harvard University and the University of California, Berkeley.
