Paul Bartlett

Paul Bartlett, MBA has extensive experience in the field of information technology and management. Paul started their career in 1995 as the Director of Retail Systems for Bose Retail Division, where they developed the IT support infrastructure for the rapid growth of the retail division. From 1999 to 2008, they held various roles at Bose Corporation, including Director of Global ERP Operation and Director of Enterprise Architecture, where they led the creation of an enterprise-wide ERP strategy and established company-wide IT standards.

In 2008, Paul joined the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (ITD) as the Chief Technology Officer, leading the Technology Office in defining enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps for the state. After that, they joined Reed & Barton in 2009 as the Vice President of Information Technology, where they established the vision and strategy for integrated information technology.

From 2014 to 2016, Paul served as the Vice President of Information Technology (CIO) for Papa Gino's, where they led the technology portfolio applications and managed relationships with technology partners and auditors. Paul then joined Spencer Technologies in 2016 as the Director of Operations for the Secure Service Division, where they directed the division's P&L, PCI PIN, TR-39 compliance, production operations, and sales.

Most recently, Paul has been working at MGX Beverage Group since 2017 as the Vice President of IT Infrastructure and Security. In this role, they are responsible for the information technology strategy and support for the group's companies, overseeing technology planning, implementation, and support for multiple warehouses and managing cyber security strategy and training.

Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing teams of various sizes and budgets. Paul has also focused on developing and implementing innovative technology solutions to improve business processes and drive growth.

Paul Bartlett, MBA has a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security from Boston University. Paul also holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Nichols College, and a BASc in Computer Science from Boston University. Additionally, Paul has certifications including Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI MassBay Chapter and Certified in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations.
