Russ Hardy

Russ Hardy is an accomplished Project Management professional with extensive experience in leading teams and delivering innovative digital solutions across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of PMO at mhance since October 2025, Russ previously held the position of Head of Delivery at smartimpact, overseeing a team dedicated to providing membership solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365. Earlier roles include Project Director at EY, where leadership focused on creating long-term value for a diverse client base, and Project Director and Head of Project Management at Pythagoras, where Russ ensured high governance standards in project delivery within the Higher Education sector.
