Sam H, FCMI has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent position was as the Head of Social Care at Mental Health Matters, where they were responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of MHM's Social Care portfolio across England. This involved managing multiple service provisions such as helpline, housing, employment, crisis, and community support delivered by a team of 250+ staff and volunteers.

Sam began their career in the local government as a Professional Social Worker in an Adult Community Team and as a Support Worker for young people in the statutory care system.
