Nick Hoile

Nick Hoile has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Nick started their career as an intern at The Centre for Social Justice in 2006, where they contributed research to a report for the Conservative Party's Social Justice Policy Group. Nick then worked as an assistant policy officer at the Mental Health Foundation, conducting a review of child and adolescent mental health policy.

In 2008, Nick joined National Voices as a policy and political affairs officer, leading the charity's patient group advocacy and serving on the prescription charges review panel. Nick later took on the role of senior consultant at Advocate Policy & Public Affairs, specializing in healthcare policy and public affairs programs.

Nick transitioned to MHP Communications as an account director in 2013, managing clients in the healthcare sector. Nick progressed to become an associate director and later a director at MHP, where their responsibilities included working on global accounts and coordinating brand, financial, and public affairs initiatives.

In 2019, Nick became the director of government affairs at Langland, focusing on government relations. Nick then joined Dignity in Dying as a board member in 2021. Currently, Nick holds the position of senior director and chief operating officer for health at MHP Group, overseeing health-related operations.
