Nick Hoile has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Nick started their career as an intern at The Centre for Social Justice in 2006, where they contributed research to a report for the Conservative Party's Social Justice Policy Group. Nick then worked as an assistant policy officer at the Mental Health Foundation, conducting a review of child and adolescent mental health policy.
In 2008, Nick joined National Voices as a policy and political affairs officer, leading the charity's patient group advocacy and serving on the prescription charges review panel.
