Melissa Clark, LSW, currently serves as a Medicaid Program Manager at Managed Health Services (MHS) since October 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as a Business Process Consultant at Centene Corporation from July 2022 to October 2023. Melissa's extensive experience at MHS includes positions such as Director of Operations, Director of Program Development, and Training Manager in Medical Management from August 2015 to July 2022, as well as Care Coordination Supervisor for a brief period in early 2015. Earlier, Melissa held the role of Staff Therapist at Adult and Child Mental Health Center from November 2014 to February 2015 and served as FCM Supervisor at the State of Indiana from March 2001 to October 2014. Melissa obtained a Master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University Indianapolis (2006-2009) and a Bachelor of Science in Individual and Family Development from Purdue University (1988-1992).
