Jarol Rendon Jimenez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement, political affairs, and program management. Currently serving as the Community Engagement Program Manager at mHUB, Jarol leads the Catalyze Initiative program, oversees the Equity Innovation Scholarship Fund, and coordinates partnerships to enhance startup programming for underrepresented founders. Previously, Jarol was the Manager of Political Affairs at the Illinois Network of Charter Schools, where strategic control over independent expenditure programs was attained, as well as a Field Organizer, successfully leading numerous community outreach initiatives and achieving significant electoral victories. Early career roles include political canvassing and team management in manufacturing, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from Hope College.
