Alix Ginestet

Alix GINESTET is an experienced professional in international talent development and acquisition, currently serving as the Head of International Talent Development at MIGSO-PCUBED since June 2015. In this role, Alix oversees talent acquisition and development initiatives within a global management consulting firm that employs over 3,000 experts across multiple regions and industries, including Aerospace, Automotive, Defense, and Energy. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Airbus Group and an HRBP Assistant at Unilever. Alix holds a Master's degree in International Human Resources Management from Toulouse School of Management and another Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Groningen, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from Toulouse School of Management and a DUT GEA from IUT Toulouse.
