Anđelka Selenić

Anđelka Selenić has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Anđelka started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Tim Centar in September 2020. During their internship, they gained valuable skills in CV classification, interviewing and fit assessment, and contacting candidates. Anđelka also developed important qualities such as organization, planning, flexibility, character assessment, and active listening.

After their internship, Anđelka joined M&I Systems Group in December 2020 as a Human Resources Associate. In this role, they handled various HR tasks and responsibilities. Anđelka then advanced to the position of Human Resources Generalist in September 2021, where they further expanded their expertise in HR practices and procedures.

Currently, as an HR Business Partner at M&I Systems Group since April 2023, Anđelka is responsible for collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. We can conclude that they have progressively advanced in their career within the human resources field, gaining valuable experience and expertise along the way.

Anđelka Selenić has a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad, which they obtained from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same university, from 2016 to 2020. Before their university studies, Anđelka attended Šabačka gimnazija from 2012 to 2016, although no degree or field of study is specified for that period.

In addition to their academic achievements, Anđelka has obtained several certifications. These include "Develop Your HR Management and Leadership Skills," "HR as a Business Partner," "Participation in the fair Belgrade Youth Fair 2020," "Recruit and Maximize Talent," and "Strategic Human Resources." These certifications were earned from LinkedIn, with all of them obtained in November 2020.
