Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at M&I Systems Group

Nikola Orlic has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nikola currently holds the position of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at M&I Systems Group since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a General Manager at Triton IT Belgrade from November 2017 to April 2023, where they focused on strategy development, digital transformation, and customer satisfaction.

Before Triton IT Belgrade, Nikola was the Enterprise Sales (EPG) Manager - Serbia & Montenegro at Microsoft from May 2015 to October 2017. In this role, they managed a team of sales professionals and was responsible for driving key business parameters such as revenue and cloud sales.

From July 2014 to April 2015, Nikola worked at IBM as the IBM Systems Middleware/CSI Brand Manager - SEE & Central Europe region, where they successfully drove major business transformation and managed a team of 20 sales representatives. Nikola also held other roles at IBM, including Key Account Manager, BPO Manager, and Sales Specialist for Tivoli, where they achieved sales objectives and closed major deals.

Prior to their time at IBM, Nikola worked at MDS informaticki inzenjering as an Account Manager from May 2006 to December 2008. In this role, they were responsible for building relationships with vendors and managing the entire business process with clients.

Nikola's early career was in Ogilvy & Mather, where they worked as a Media Manager from July 2005 to April 2006 and as a Media Planner from July 2003 to June 2005. In these roles, they were responsible for negotiations with television stations, media planning for key clients, and analyzing advertising campaigns.

Overall, Nikola Orlic has extensive experience in sales, management, strategy development, and client relationship management across multiple industries.

Nikola Orlic completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Belgrade in 2003.

In 2011 and 2012, they attended the Leading@IBM program, specifically the Leading Foundation, Basic Blue course.

During 2013, Nikola participated in the Financial Selling IBM program, where they earned a Mini MBA.

In 2014, they completed the IBM Business and Industry Insight Programme 1401 at the London Business School, focusing on Premier Sales Training.

Additionally, Nikola obtained two additional certifications. In March 2017, they obtained the Microsoft - INSEAD Value Negotiation certification from Microsoft - INSEAD. In October 2015, they also received the Microsoft - INSEAD Online Challenging Customers through Business Model Innovation certification from the same institution.
