Jajit Menon

Jajit Menon currently serves as the Chief Sales Officer at Urbanrise since April 2025. Prior to this role, Jajit held the position of Senior Director (National Head) for the Residential Launch Business at ANAROCK from March 2024 to September 2024, where significant contributions were made to revenue growth and market leadership in residential real estate. Jajit's career also includes a tenure at Shriram Properties Ltd from April 2017 to November 2023, where the role involved directing sales, marketing, and CRM efforts, along with leading a change management initiative that resulted in a doubling of sales. From April 2009 to March 2017, Jajit was the Associate Vice President for Sales (International Business Head - APAC) at Lodha Group, overseeing multiple market activations and sustaining key international markets. Jajit holds a B.Sc in Physics from the University of Mumbai, earned between January 1996 and January 2000.
