Joey Inskeep

Joey Inskeep is a Junior Web/GIS Developer at the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) since December 2022 and also serves as a GIS Designer and OSP Designer at Mi-Tech Services, Inc. since July 2022, applying GIS and AutoCAD skills for underground fiber design. Previous experience includes roles as a Forestry Technician (Wildland Firefighter) with the U.S. Forest Service, where responsibilities spanned fire suppression, habitat restoration, and timber stand improvement across various assignments from 2016 to 2021. Additionally, Joey has worked as an Analyst at The Beck Group, focusing on biomass supply estimating and data analysis, and as a Continuous Improvement Technician at Roseburg Forest Products, utilizing lean manufacturing techniques. Educational qualifications include a Master's in GIS and Cartography from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Renewable Materials from Oregon State University.
