Makary Awadalla

Makary Awadalla has extensive experience in program management and engineering leadership, with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Program Manager at NSI-MI Technologies since April 2007, Makary oversees proposal preparation and program execution from solution development to deployment. Prior roles include VP of Manufacturing and VP of Manufacturing Operations at PESA Switching Systems Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing manufacturing operations and fulfilling customer orders. As Director of Engineering and Operations at Fortel DTV and Director of Quality at Movaz Networks, Makary led teams in manufacturing, business operations, and quality development. A long tenure at Nortel involved progressing through roles from R&D Engineer to Senior Manager, overseeing teams and budgets while managing product development. Makary holds a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
