Vince Prunty

Vince Prunty has extensive experience in human resources, holding leadership positions in various companies. Vince is currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at MI Windows and Doors since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Milgard Windows & Doors as the Director of Human Resources from 2013 to 2021. In 2005, they joined CNH America LLC as the NA Human Resources Business Leader, where they provided HR leadership to a business unit of over 1500 employees. Before that, they worked at Citigroup as a Sr. Human Resources Manager, overseeing strategic and tactical HR activities. Vince also has experience from International Paper and General Mills, where they held human resources roles.

Vince Prunty began their education at Brigham Young University from 1981 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations. Vince then pursued further education at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business from 1983 to 1985, where they completed a Master's degree in Human Resources. In 2011, Vince obtained a certification as a Senior Human Resources Professional from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
