Adam Whitaker has a diverse work experience in the technical support and customer service fields. Adam started their career as a Food Service Worker II at The University of Vermont Medical Center, where they were responsible for food preparation and training new employees. Adam then worked as an Associate Communication Specialist at General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products, where they handled customer requests and resolved issues via telephone and email.

In 2016, Adam joined Mi9 Retail as a Customer Support Engineer, providing technical assistance to customers. Adam quickly progressed to the role of Senior Customer Support Engineer before eventually becoming a Technical Support Team Lead. Adam then transitioned to the position of Technical Support Manager, where they currently oversee the support team.

Adam also gained experience at Wynshop, where they initially worked as a Technical Support Team Lead before being promoted to the position of Technical Support Manager. Overall, Adam has demonstrated their expertise in technical support and customer service throughout their career.
