Manuel E. Fortoul E.

Manuel E. Fortoul E. has extensive work experience in talent management, culture development, and talent acquisition. Manuel E. is currently working as the Director of Talent Management and Culture at Wynshop, where they lead the development and execution of talent and culture management programs. Additionally, they oversee company culture building and works on building and developing a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Prior to Wynshop, Manuel worked at Mi9 Retail as a Director of Talent Management and Culture, where they had similar responsibilities. Manuel E. also served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Mi9 Retail, supporting global acquisition efforts.

Before their roles at Wynshop and Mi9 Retail, Manuel co-founded Brila Savvy Coaching and served as its CEO. Manuel E. also worked as a Senior Human Capital Consultant at H&CO Staffing Advisors, where they focused on finding the right personnel for businesses in the finance and accounting industries.

Manuel has experience in business development and talent acquisition from their role as a Business Development Manager and Sr. Talent Acquisition at Active Staffing Services. Manuel E. achieved a 17% growth in profitability within the first six months of their tenure.

In the past, Manuel co-founded VEK Solution C.A., where they provided organizational climate and wellness-oriented solutions for corporate clients. Manuel E. also served as the CEO of VEK Solutions and worked as an executive coach, facilitator, and corporate soft-skills trainer.

Manuel has also held positions as the Director of Sotavento Camp and the General Manager-Project Director at Eventos Casa de Tejas. Manuel E. Fortoul E. completed their undergraduate education from 2001 to 2007 at Universidad Simón Bolívar, earning a Lic. degree in Física. Manuel E. further pursued their education from 2012 to 2013 at Universidad de Aconcagua, where they obtained a Magíster en Dirección de Personas (Master's in Personnel Management).
