Matthew A. Love

Matthew Love is the current Board Member at MIAMI CHILDRENS HOSPITAL. Matthew has previously worked as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Mercy Health Regions from February 2012 to September 2018. Their role was to provide strategic and operational support to the system CFO, system COO, system CCO, regional presidents and their senior teams, with a focus on enhancing integration between system services and markets. Before that, they were the Vice President Strategy, Business Planning, & Operations at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital from August 2008 to February 2012 where they were responsible for strategy, business planning, and operations. Matthew started at LeBonheur as the Vice President Strategy and then added operational responsibility for several clinical departments and the role of Executive Director for the Pediatric Practice Plan.

Matthew Love received their Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University. After working in the industry for a few years, they decided to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Cleveland State University. After completing their MBA, they obtained their certification from the American College of Healthcare Executives in FACHE.
