Iliana Castillo-Frick

Iliana Castillo-Frick is a retired vice provost of human resources with extensive experience in the field. At Miami Dade College, Iliana served from October 2003, first as associate senior vice provost until December 2006, and later promoted to vice provost in January 2007. Prior to this role, Iliana held the position of senior executive vice president for corporate resources at BankUnited, overseeing various departments including human resources and corporate communications. Experience also includes roles at Bank of America/Barnett Bank as vice president and recruitment manager, and at Wachovia, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations and recruitment processes. Iliana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and an AA in Languages from Miami Dade College, supplemented by leadership training from Leadership Miami.
