Rachel Hale

Rachel Hale is a skilled journalist and writer with extensive experience in health, politics, and culture. Currently serving as a Wisconsin Health Journalism Fellow with the Association of Health Care Journalists and as a University of Wisconsin Madison Campus Consortium Reporting Fellow for the Pulitzer Center, Rachel focuses on impactful reporting. Previously, Rachel contributed to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel as a State Government and Politics Intern and led investigative efforts at Wisconsin Watch. Additional experience includes writing for The District Blog and serving as a senior reporter for The Daily Cardinal. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, alongside editorial roles in various student publications and participation in professional journalism programs.
