Kim Miller

Kim Miller is the Vice President of Programs at RISE. Kim has been in this role since August 2015 and is responsible for leading the company's strategy implementation initiatives. Prior to joining RISE, Kim was the Senior Manager of Media & Communications at The North Highland Company, where they led a team that implemented a metered paywall strategy for one of the largest media organizations in the world. Kim has also served as a change management and training lead for several nationwide ad sales programs, including those for television and print & digital ads. In these roles, they have provided coaching to VP and director level employees on how to lead through change, manage employee resistance, and increase adoption. Kim has also designed and delivered training programs on sales process and technology.

Kim Miller attended Champlin Park H.S. and went on to earn a B.S. in Social Policy from Northwestern University.

Kim Miller reports to Tom Garfinkel, President, CEO & Vice Chairman. They work with Peter McMahon - Senior Manager, Photography, Dan Marino - Special Advisor to the Vice Chairman, President & CEO, and Kolby Smith - Offensive Assistant Coach.
