Raquel Libman

The responsibility of handling all legal matters pertaining to the smooth day-to-day operation of The HEAT Group is in the capable hands of Raquel Libman, who came on board as General Counsel in July of 2001. In her role, Libman handles a wide variety of tasks ranging from advising the different divisions of the company on legal issues to acting as liaison with outside counsel, including league counsel, and other third parties regarding general legal and contractual matters for both the Miami HEAT and AmericanAirlines Arena.
