Jessica Cohen is a Clinical Research Assistant at Miami Jewish Health since March 2021, specializing in studies related to Alzheimer's and dementia. Previous experience includes a role as a Laboratory Technician at Aerotek, where Jessica operated and maintained PCR equipment for COVID-19 and women's health testing. At the University of Florida, Jessica served as an Engineering Researcher, leading a laboratory focused on biocompatible polymer coatings and also as a Biochemistry Student Instructor, where instructional duties involved designing lessons and materials for undergraduate students. Additionally, Jessica managed tenant relations as a Night Manager at Trimark Properties, ensuring property maintenance and adherence to protocols. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Engineering from the UF Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering, obtained in 2020.
