Kyle Tafelski

Kyle Tafelski currently serves as the Associate Director of Customer & Facility Services at Miami University since July 2022. Previously, Kyle held positions such as Ticket Sales and Operations Assistant Manager and Account Executive-Inside Sales at Ilitch Sports + Entertainment, where significant sales growth was achieved through effective client communication and relationship management. Other roles include Sleep Expert at Mattress Firm, Jam Breaker at UPS, and Director of Ticket Sales for Toledo Threat, where sales strategies were developed and implemented. Experience also includes contributing to the University of Toledo Athletic Department and interning with the Toledo Walleye. Kyle is a graduate of The University of Toledo with a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing.
