Vince Frieden is an experienced professional in grant writing and communications with a strong background in higher education. Currently serving as the Director of Grant Writing, Corporate & Foundation Relations at Miami University since August 1998, Vince manages nearly 100 grant proposals annually and has significantly contributed to securing over $7 million in funding through the Foundation Relations Office. Previous roles include Strategic Communications Coordinator for University Libraries, where Vince promoted library initiatives and supported fundraising efforts, and Associate Director of Development Communications/Editorial Services, overseeing writing and editorial tasks for the Division of University Advancement. Vince's career began with a communications internship at the National Federation of State High School Associations.
