Zachary E. Bailey

Zachary E. Bailey, Esq. currently serves as the Assistant Vice President for Gift Planning at Miami University since August 2022, where responsibilities include providing leadership in the charitable gift and estate planning program. Prior to this role, Zachary was the Senior Director of Development within the same office, focusing on strategies to enhance donor engagement and financial commitments. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Development for Planned Giving at Purdue Research Foundation, as well as positions as an Interim Associate Attorney and Associate Attorney in law firms, specializing in a wide range of legal areas including estate planning and administration. Zachary holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a focus on Legal Studies from Indiana University Bloomington.
