Tuul Begzjav

Tuul Begzjav has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tuul started their career in 2007 as a Project Secretary at the Ministry of Nature, Environment and Tourism in Mongolia. Tuul then worked at Montek Group as a Human Resources Manager from 2010 to 2011. In 2013, Tuul joined MIAT Mongolian Airlines as a Procurement Manager - Technology. After three years, they transitioned to the role of Sales and Marketing Manager, Passenger, where they stayed until 2023. Currently, Tuul works at MIAT Mongolian Airlines as a Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing.

Tuul Begzjav's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business Management from Mongolia International University, which they earned from 2003 to 2007. Tuul then pursued a Master of Business Administration from the Institute of Finance and Economics of Mongolia from 2011 to 2013, with their thesis focusing on Factors affecting the retention of key employees in the IT sector. Tuul went on to complete a Master's degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations (Distinction) from Griffith University, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Tuul is enrolled in a Leadership Program at QUT (Queensland University of Technology), with an expected completion date in 2021.
