Kevin Love joined MIB Group, Inc. in 2007 with extensive HR experience spanning various industries including financial services, manufacturing, general service and technology. Prior to joining MIB, Mr. Love provided HR leadership for Iron Mountain in their off-site data protection & technology escrow businesses and served as Director of Benefits at the Corporate Headquarters in Boston, MA. He began his career in a recruiting specialty, rapidly transitioning into HR leadership roles for Associates First Capital (Citigroup), Energetic Solutions (Orica) and Centex Home Equity Corporation (Nationstar Mortgage) in Dallas, TX. Mr. Love holds an M.B.A. from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX and a B.S. in Communication from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX. He has attended several professional development programs from SHRM, NEEBC, Cornell University, the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and holds CEBS & SPHR designations.
